Santo Domingo.- The Banreservas Cultural Center will develop from this Sunday at the XXVII International Book Fair a wide program of activities for children and adults, which includes the presentation of a book, an artistic exhibition, storytelling, talks and discussions on various topics.
The activities will cover different schedules and will take place in the Plaza de la Cultura Juan Pablo Duarte, where the fair is held until October 5th.

After starting with the presentation of the book Una aventura, at the Banreservas Cultural Center, with the animation of Albert Cuentacuentos, the Bank's activities will continue this Monday, the 29th, at 3:00 in the afternoon, in the auditorium of the Museum of Modern Art, where the talk El relato es el mismo will be given, under the direction of the renowned film theorist and Cuban writer Eliseo Altunaga.
This same day, at 4:00, the colloquium Dialogue from Contemporaneity is scheduled, with José Carlos Nazario, to be held in the Letters room of the Museum of Natural History.
For Tuesday the 30th, the colloquiums "When the story comes to life" are scheduled, with the participation of Rafael Peralta Romero, Eleanor Grimaldi Silié, and Leibi Ng. This activity will be at 5:00 p.m., at the Museum of Natural History; while at 6:00 p.m., in the auditorium of the Museum of History and Geography, "Saying Culture" will be presented, consisting of a meeting to talk about alternative media and coverage of culture, with the participation of Mijail Peralta, Maurice Sánchez, Dean Arelis Subero, and Julia Srive-Loyer.
On Wednesday, October 1st, at 5:00 p.m., the colloquium The Other History will be held. The local perspective on the historical narrative, with Ceferino Moní Reyes, Guaroa Ubiñas Renville, and Alfredo Rafael Hernández. This activity will take place in the auditorium of the Museum of Modern Art.
The Banrervas Cultural Center will continue the schedule of activities on Thursday, the 2nd, at 6:00 in the evening, with Dialogue from Contemporaneity, in which Ángela Suazo and Mijail Peralta will participate, at the Museum of Natural History.
On Friday, October 3rd, at 7:00 PM, the Juan Lockward bar will host the winners of the Banreservas Short Story with Merengue Award; and on Saturday 4th, at 11:00 AM, the Storytelling section, with Anya Damirón, will take place in the Children's Pavilion; while on Sunday, at 4:00 PM, the Dialogue from Contemporaneity colloquium, with Luis Reynaldo Pérez, will be held in the History and Geography Museum Auditorium.
In addition to this intense program of activities, the Banreservas Cultural Center is exhibiting a private collection of works by Ada Balcácer throughout this week, at its headquarters located on Isabel la Católica street, number 202, Colonial City. Visiting hours from Monday to Friday are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 12:00 noon to 7:00 p.m.
