Orlando Jorge Villegas acknowledges De Último Minuto has set new standards in the way of reporting

Santo Domingo.- The deputy of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), Orlando Jorge Villegas, has extended his sincere congratulations to the De Último Minuto newspaper, within the framework of the celebration of its 4th anniversary, managing to position itself as an indispensable reference in the informative panorama of our country.

“The sustained growth of De Último Minuto reflects an editorial proposal that understands the dynamics of today’s society and the flow of information, considering new technologies and collaborative platforms, as well as the needs of an increasingly demanding and connected audience. Its commitment to immediacy, relevance, and credibility has been key to consolidating the media’s presence in the national conversation,” stated the legislator in a letter with special attention to the businessman Santiago Matías and the director Héctor Romero.

Jorge Villegas also highlighted that since its founding, De Último Minuto has set new standards in the way of informing, demonstrating that it is possible to innovate without losing rigor. “That merit is yours and that of the entire team that works day after day with passion to bring valuable content to the citizenry,” he added.

The newspaper De Último Minuto celebrates its fourth anniversary, this Monday, June 23, consolidated as the most interactive digital medium in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean. Founded in 2021, the medium has revolutionized the national information ecosystem with an agile, innovative proposal deeply connected with the audience, both inside and outside the country. In these four years, De Último Minuto has surpassed the million and a half followers on social media and maintains an average above 8 million monthly interactions, positioning itself as the fastest-growing medium in the history of Dominican digital communication.
