Miami, Florida.- With the purpose of strengthening female leadership, promoting sisterhood, and motivating immigrant women to pursue their dreams without fear, the “Roots and Dreams that Transcend” meeting was held at the EB Hotel Miami, an initiative that brought together more than 50 Latina women residing in the United States.
n” “nThe event was developed as a space for comprehensive growth for women seeking to boost their personal and professional projects, strengthen their leadership, and consolidate their ventures. Through introspection exercises, management skills development, collaborative dynamics, and the exchange of experiences, participants received tools to strengthen their business models, identify growth opportunities, and build a support network based on sisterhood.
n” “n“Roots and Dreams that Transcend” was conceived as a space of support for immigrant Latina women facing the challenge of building a new life in a country other than their own, without losing sight of their roots, their identity, and their aspirations. The activity was organized by Joselyn Guzmán, a Dominican immigrant who transformed her experience of adapting to the United States into a platform to support others in their growth process. As an advisor and founder of June Seventh Consulting, she is a certified professional dedicated to assisting families with their immigration regulation and financial protection processes. Through her work, she has supported more than 600 families in building a more stable and secure future in U.S. territory.
