Santo Domingo. – The National Institute of Meteorology (INDOMET) reported that this Sunday will be marked by scattered showers during the early hours of the day, especially in locations in the north and the Cibao, due to the dragging of cloudiness by the northeast wind.
From early hours, cloudy fields have generated intermittent rainfall over Puerto Plata, Espaillat, Hermanas Mirabal, Hato Mayor, Samaná, Santiago and surrounding areas. These rains will continue during the morning while the cloud cover moves towards other points of the territory. You may be interested in: Indomet follows Hurricane Humberto

Temperatures will remain pleasant, especially at night and early morning, with cooler values in mountains and valleys. Episodes of fog could occur, due to the entry of cold air driven by east/northeast winds. In the Greater Santo Domingo scattered clouds are expected in the National District and in the municipalities of Santo Domingo North, East and West. The minimum temperature will range between 20 °C and 22 °C, and the maximum between 30 °C and 32 °C.
