Santo Domingo.- The weather forecast in Dominican Republic for this Monday, June 23, 2025, indicates a mostly cloudy day, with intermittent rain in the afternoon and temperatures that will reach 33 degrees Celsius in some regions of the country.
During the morning, the temperature will remain between 23 and 31 °C with cloud cover. From noon onwards, an increase in temperatures is expected, reaching peaks of up to 33 °C around 1:00 PM, at which time the onset of rain is expected in different parts of the country.
Rainfall will continue intermittently during the afternoon and evening, especially between 5:00 and 10:00 p.m., when a slight drop in temperature will also be recorded, with estimated lows of 23 °C.
The meteorological authorities recommend caution due to possible urban flooding in areas with poor drainage, as well as avoiding direct exposure to the sun during peak radiation hours. In addition, it is advisable to carry umbrellas or raincoats for those who will be moving during the afternoon and night.
The population is reminded to stay alert to the official bulletins from the Emergency Operations Center (COE) and the National Institute of Meteorology (INDOMET) for updates on possible alerts or weather warnings.
