In Greater Santo Domingo, temperatures started near 24 °C (76 °F) with cloudy skies from early hours. Starting at 10:00 AM, isolated thunderstorms are expected, accompanied by a rising heat index that could reach 30 °C (86 °F) at noon. During the afternoon, the sky is expected to remain mostly cloudy, while temperatures will range between 31 and 32 °C (88–89 °F), with a feeling of heat elevated by the prevailing humidity.
