A 38-year-old Bolivian man was arrested in Madrid for raping his eight-year-old daughter in his own home, along with two other men who shared the residence, a 33-year-old Ecuadorian and a 24-year-old Colombian, for whom a court in the capital has ordered their provisional imprisonment.
The arrests took place last Saturday, October 4, after the girl's mother realized the sexual assault when she arrived home and called the Police, police sources reported this Friday.
The agents received the mother's warning early in the morning, who, very upset, reported the facts and communicated that she feared that it was not the only time such an act had taken place.
The police went to the house, located in a neighborhood in the south of the capital, and medical professionals from the emergency services confirmed the sexual assault suffered by the minor, for which the three men, who were in the home, were finally arrested and placed at the disposal of the court while the girl was taken to a hospital.
In one of the rooms of the house, the police found traces of narcotic substances.
Following the arrest of the three men, a court in Madrid ordered provisional, communicated, and no-bail imprisonment for them for the alleged crime of sexual assault.
