Madrid. - Air Europa continues with its expansion and operational growth plan by adding new routes and flights in both the domestic and European markets. Starting next June 1st, the airline will connect the Madrid-Barajas hub with Oviedo and Seville, while increasing its activity from the Spanish capital to Milan and Rome.
In both the case of Oviedo and the city of Seville, the company will deploy two daily frequencies that it will maintain throughout the year. For its part, it will increase the daily connections with Milan and Rome from two to three, thus reinforcing its commitment to the Italian market. The flights will be carried out on board the Boeing 737 fleet, which guarantees maximum efficiency and comfort for passengers.
This increase in short and medium-haul activity consolidates the commitment to destinations on the European continent, as demonstrated by the route to Geneva, which will also be inaugurated next June. Likewise, it aligns with the increase in operations in Africa; during next summer, flights to Marrakech and Tunis will be resumed, flights will be made for the first time to Tangier and, from June 24 and on a regular basis, the South African city of Johannesburg will join Air Europa's international network of destinations, with three weekly frequencies.
