For her part, the director for Honduras and president of the Communications and Access to Information Committee of the Institution, Ms. Belinda Carías Martínez, indicated: "with this platform, the CABEI puts in the hands of journalists and researchers a resource that not only strengthens transparency, but also promotes the generation of knowledge and the construction of solutions for our region".
