Culture and District 14-04 hold meeting "The Power of Good Words" in Samaná

Samaná. - The municipality of Samaná was the scene of a significant meeting of the initiative "The Power of Good Words", held at the Rosa Fígaro Viuda Ramón School, with the participation of educational authorities, teachers and students.

The activity was attended by Roberto Ángel Salcedo, who promotes this initiative aimed at strengthening assertive communication and promoting positive values within the education system.

The meeting was also attended by the director of the 14-04 Educational District of Samaná, Adalberta Lucía Calcaño Maldonado, along with district technicians, directors of educational centers and teachers from the area.

The discussion was moderated by student Kemill Barett, who led an enriching dialogue among the participants, highlighting the importance of respect, empathy, and the use of constructive words in school coexistence.

Also, the activity was attended by the provincial governor of Samaná, Teodora Mullix Geraldino, as well as the deputy for the province Cecilio García, in addition to other local and municipal authorities who supported this space for dialogue and reflection.

In addition, the meeting was attended by the 14-07 Educational District of Las Terrenas, represented by the Santo Esteban Rivera Polytechnic. Likewise, various educational centers from the 14-04 Educational District of Samaná were present, including the Natividad Zuleica Polytechnic, Ángela del Rosario de Ray (Arts Mode), the Andrea de Peña High School, the Manuela Mullix Fermín Polytechnic and the José Gabriel García Educational Center, with secondary level service.

The initiative "The Power of Good Words" continues to consolidate as a key program to promote peaceful coexistence, respect, and the strengthening of values within the education system in the Dominican Republic.
