Fashion takes over Fine Arts with the Trendy Fashion Week RD 2026

SANTO DOMINGO.– A night filled with style, creativity, and color marked the opening of the fifth edition of Trendy Fashion Week RD 2026, one of the most outstanding events on the Dominican fashion calendar. The event brings together renowned national designers such as Giannina Azar, Tony Boga, Eddie Rambaldy and Alba Almonte, along with international guests such as José Zafra, from Peru; Velladonie, from Mexico; and Federico Visuetti, from Panama. In addition, Puerto Rico has a wide representation of creators. The event also opens space for new generations with the participation of the Mercy Jácquez Technical Institute, where 20 graduating students will present their designs on a professional catwalk, giving them the opportunity to showcase their talent to industry figures.

Also, the agenda includes the Trendy Fashion Week Kids segment, dedicated to children's fashion proposals and the promotion of new trends within the sector. The activity takes place from March 5th to 7th in the Cúpula of the Palacio de Bellas Artes, a space that for three days brings together designers, models, and industry professionals to present proposals that merge innovation, culture, and the identity of the contemporary Caribbean .
