Monseñor Nouel.- More than just a beauty pageant contestant, Floralba Caba represents a story of leadership, service, and commitment to the development of Dominican youth.
A psychologist by profession, professional model, master of ceremonies, runway coach, and social entrepreneur, Floralba has built a career focused on the comprehensive development of girls, adolescents, and young people, promoting spaces where talent, self-esteem, and leadership become tools for transformation.
She currently represents the Monseñor Nouel province as an official candidate for Miss Dominican Republic Universe 2026, a platform from which she seeks to amplify her message of empowerment and service.
Her vocation for impacting lives led her to found FC Modeling Academy, an institution dedicated to training young people in communication, personal refinement, leadership, and integral development. Through this academy, she has contributed to the personal growth of dozens of participants, helping them discover their potential and strengthen their confidence.
His vision of boosting local talent also gave rise to Bonao Está de Moda, an initiative that promotes fashion, culture, entrepreneurship, and tourism in the Monseñor Nouel province, projecting Bonao as a stage for opportunities and creativity.

Committed to social causes, she also created Proyecto ALAS, a proposal aimed at the prevention of teenage pregnancy and the support of pregnant teenagers and young mothers through programs focused on self-esteem, leadership, emotional education, and the construction of life projects.
“I firmly believe that no circumstance should define a woman’s future. Everyone deserves opportunities to grow, discover their capabilities, and achieve their dreams,” expresses Floralba.
Over the years, he has represented Monseñor Nouel in different arenas, establishing himself as a figure committed to the education of youth and community development.
Today, from her candidacy for Miss Dominican Republic Universe 2026, she seeks to demonstrate that a crown can become a powerful tool to educate, inspire, and transform lives.
