The Generadora de Electricidad Itabo (EGEITABO) company reported that its Itabo I unit was integrated today, Tuesday, October 8, into the National Interconnected Electrical System (SENI), after successfully concluding the scheduled maintenance that began last Saturday, October 5.
The process was carried out according to the established schedule and in coordination with the authorities of the electricity sector, with the purpose of ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and operational sustainability of the plant.
EGEITABO highlighted the effort and dedication of the technical and operational team that participated in the day, who worked continuously and committedly to complete the tasks in the time planned, guaranteeing the quality and safety of each stage of the maintenance.
The company highlighted that the works were executed under high technical and safety standards, reaffirming its commitment to the stability of the national electricity system and to the continuous improvement of its operations.
