Luz García returns with the 5th season of "Christmas Lights" 2025

SANTO DOMINGO. – In the most luminous time of the year, when every illusion comes to life and family becomes our most valuable refuge, Luz García returns with the fifth season of “Christmas Lights”. This special celebrates and revives that tradition of ours of meeting, embracing, smiling and giving thanks for everything that unites us.

Luz reaffirms its commitment to motivate, preserve, and strengthen family ties, connecting with the emotion of our memories, the magic of the present, and the hope of what is to come.

Under the production of Giancarlo Beras-Goico Mejía, this great celebration will reach all homes on Sunday, December 25, from 8:00 to 10:00 at night, through Telesistema, channel 11, and for the Dominican diaspora through Televisión Dominicana.
A Night to Applaud Our Own

The special will bring together prominent personalities from the media, music, and digital platforms, recognizing those who have made a difference in 2025, in a gala where the brilliance of Dominican talent will be the great protagonist.

The musical show will be in charge of the iconic Miriam Cruz, celebrating 39 years of a career that has made history. And as a gift for nostalgia, the most moving surprise of the night: the reunion of the original Chicas del Can, who, from the United States, came to unite their voices, laughter and memories in a number that sparked applause, tears and the certainty that their artistic bond remains intact.

A moment to continue believing in friendship, fraternity, and the magic of this Christmas that leads us to a near and promising 2026.

The evening will also feature a special presentation with Techy Fatule, in a collaboration that mixes the emotion of her voice with the vibrant essence of merengue.
