Melody Astacio presents “What He Has Done in Me”, a musical testimony of faith and gratitude

On September 4th, singer-songwriter Melody Astacio officially released her new single "Lo que Él ha hecho en mí" (What He Has Done in Me), available on all digital platforms. It is a song written from a deep tone of testimony and obedience, proclaiming the exploits, kindness, and faithfulness of God. The song features lyrics and music by Melody Astacio and Adiel Santana, the result of an intimate and collaborative creative process. The musical production was in charge of Adiel Santana in conjunction with Riff Music Studio, achieving a fresh, professional sound with a marked influence of pop rock.

Regarding this new release, Melody expressed: “Testifying of what God has done in me is a response to His love. This praise is to shout to the four winds that Jesus is the Lord of my life. Furthermore, this song is more rock pop than the pop I'm used to giving my audience. I am fascinated by playing with other sounds and going back to those references like Hillsong and Planetshakers”.

This premiere arrives at a special moment for the artist, who recently received two nominations at the Dominican Indie Awards, recognizing her work during the years 2023-2024 and confirming the impact and projection of her musical proposal. Likewise, she announced upcoming collaborations that will mark the beginning of a stage full of connections and growth. Your participation in the Santuario 2025 Congress, alongside prominent Christian voices such as Yamilka, Paola Nicole, and Dianette, reaffirmed your place among the most relevant promises of the genre. This event, held to a full house in the Mahanaim Miraflores auditorium, was a production of Frilop Music, under the motto "where God and you meet". "I feel honored and very happy for this time of grace and open doors," shares Melody with emotion. The official music video, directed by Ángel Reyes, offers an authentic and emotional visual approach that complements the spiritual strength of the message. "What He has done in me" is now available on all digital platforms and on the main Christian radio stations in the country.
