Santo Domingo. - The National Police reported the arrest of José Francisco Montero Encarnación, 36, the main suspect in the killing of Mrs. María Morillo Morillo, 45, and her teenage daughter Elisabeth Ulloa Morillo, 17, with a knife in the Brisas del Este sector of Santo Domingo Este.
In that sense, the Police is expected to offer more details on how the horrendous event that has shocked the entire citizenry occurred.
