The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the euro for this Wednesday, February 18, 2026, as follows:
In financial institutions, the buying rate of the euro was RD$71.94 and the selling rate was RD$76.40.
These figures represent a downward variation (appreciation of the peso) of approximately 0.30% and 0.31% respectively compared to the previous day, when the European currency was trading at RD$72.15 for buying and RD$76.64 for selling.
For their part, remittance and exchange agents reported competitive rates, with a buying price of RD$72.54 and a selling price of RD$74.66.
As in the banking sector, a marginal decrease was observed compared to the previous day, where the rates were at RD$72.71 for buying and RD$74.79 for selling.
