Santo Domingo. - With the participation of 430 real estate professionals from 21 countries, including 192 international delegates, the X Latin American Real Estate Congress of the Latin American Real Estate Confederation (CILA) and the VI International Congress of the Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) was held at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana, projecting the Dominican Republic as a global benchmark in the organization of industry events.
During four days of learning, networking, and business opportunities, attendees enjoyed an academic agenda with 23 exhibitors: three outstanding Dominican professionals and twenty international speakers. The central themes revolved around innovation in services, investment, financing, sustainability, and emerging trends in the real estate sector.
"This Congress has undoubtedly been the most successful in the history of our Confederation. The Dominican Republic demonstrated that it can organize a world-class event, with regional impact and global projection," highlighted Alberto Bogaert, president of the AEI.
The conference was also attended by representatives from international institutions such as the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).
