They announce Santo Domingo Este private cemetery; they claim it will be the most modern in the country

Santo Domingo Este. – Businessman Joaquín Hilario announced the launch of an ambitious project that will transform the funeral services model in the municipality of Santo Domingo Este, through the construction of the most modern private cemetery park in the country, the Parque Cementerio Jardines del Recuerdo. The initiative arises as a result of a strategic alliance between the company GRESEFU and the businessman and investor Germán Blanco, who will be in charge of the development of this innovative funeral concept that will combine technology, nature, modern architecture and a comprehensive human approach.

The project will be developed on Ecológica Avenue, one of the main arteries of the municipality, which will allow for efficient connectivity, estimating that any sector of Santo Domingo Este will be able to access the park in less than 20 minutes.

During his intervention, Hilario highlighted that the work will generate approximately 300 permanent jobs, positively impacting the local economy and boosting the development of the area.

Jardines del Recuerdo will be conceived under a modern, ecological and deeply human approach, integrating specialized thanatology services, several fully equipped wake chapels, rest rooms for family members, large areas for emotional release and accompaniment, financing facilities up to seven years, a state-of-the-art crematorium, a church for liturgical and ceremonial activities. The park’s environment will be designed as a natural space for contemplation, with gardens, high-level landscaping, and ecological elements such as fountains and green areas that promote peace and reflection. The development will feature the participation of Latin American and Caribbean landscapers, who will provide innovative designs to ensure a harmonious, respectful, and aesthetically avant-garde environment. In his statements, Joaquín Hilario urged national entrepreneurs to invest in Santo Domingo Este, highlighting the municipality’s growth potential and the favorable conditions for the development of high-impact projects. The Jardines del Recuerdo Cemetery Park represents an evolution in the way funeral spaces are conceived in the Dominican Republic, integrating technology, nature, and human sensitivity in one place.
