Two young people report police abuse in San Francisco de Macorís

San Francisco de Macorís. – Two young men reported this Thursday that they had been victims of police abuse, after alleging that they were physically assaulted by agents of the National Police in this city.

As the complainants explained, the incident occurred in circumstances that have not yet been clarified. They indicated that, without apparent reason, they were detained and allegedly beaten by several officers, so they went to police headquarters to make their complaint public and request an investigation.
