The named Ricki Encarnación Tejada (a) Pámpara, 24 years old, was arrested, who was required by the justice system through arrest warrant No. 2025-AJ0079413, dated 25-11-2025, for alleged violation of articles 307 and 309 of the Dominican Penal Code, which typify physical assaults and threats against another person, to the detriment of Ricardo José Melo Almánzar and Erick Johansel Doroteo.
The aforementioned presented himself voluntarily before the Regional Sub-Directorate of Criminal Investigation P.N., where he was informed of the facts he is accused of. According to the complaint, while the victims were sharing, the detainee approached armed, adopting an aggressive behavior, hitting one of them in the face, pushing him to the ground and uttering offensive words, in addition to verbal threats.
The victims submitted as evidence a CD containing videos and voice recordings where the aggression and threats made by the detainee are visualized and heard.
The person being held will be placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor's Office for the corresponding purposes.
