“Women Who Inspire” announces recognition of outstanding Dominican woman in its third edition

Santo Domingo. – The “Mujeres que Inspira” award, an initiative that was born in 2024 with the purpose of exalting the talent, dedication and legacy of Dominican women, will celebrate its third edition on June 23 at the Teatro de Casa San Pablo. During a press meeting, communicator Emelyn Balderas highlighted that this award seeks to recognize the trajectory, impact, and imprint of women who have left significant marks on Dominican society, highlighting their dedication and commitment over the years. Balderas reported that in this edition, a woman with more than 41 years of career will be recognized in the Professional Trajectory category, whose identity will be revealed soon, generating great expectation among the public. He also explained that the selection process is carried out through an advisory council in charge of evaluating the profiles received, which amount to almost 300 applications from different provinces of the country and abroad.

“We are very happy and committed to this project that seeks to highlight stories of success and effort. Without a doubt, this third edition will be a complete success, God willing,” expressed Balderas. The gala will feature a high-level artistic proposal, under the production of Canuñes, and will include the participation of renowned figures from the national sphere, whose names will be announced in the coming days. The “Women Who Inspire” award continues to consolidate as a platform for recognition and female empowerment in the Dominican Republic.
