This allowed the entry of a truck with which they stole two rolls of 120 mm\u00b2 supporting cables and a contact wire of the same gauge.\n\n\n

The wiring was already packed to be exported on a ship bound for China.\n\nSo far, six people have been arrested and brought before the justice system. They are Dieussibon Pierre Louis, Osvaldo Reyes Bautista, Luegi Rafael Mart\u00ednez Victoria, Jonathan Enmanuel V\u00e1squez N\u00fa\u00f1ez, Alfonso David Montoya D\u00e1vila and Alejandro Rond\u00f3n Acosta, alias \u201cJando\u201d.\n\nTwo individuals involved remain fugitives: Feliciano Viola Familia and Ronny Daniel Jim\u00e9nez G\u00f3mez.
