Founded on June 23, 2021, its origin as a digital newspaper was accompanied by a clear vision: to inform with immediacy, truthfulness, accessible language, and formats adapted to the new generations.\n\nSince its debut, the medium captured the public’s attention with more than 20 thousand followers in its first day on social media, a figure that, in just two years, grew to more than 800 thousand followers and exceeded eight million monthly interactions. Its editorial proposal \u2014modern, direct and connected to the demands of the digital audience\u2014 quickly positioned it as an information reference, with a presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music.\n\nThe Board of Directors is chaired by communicator and businessman Santiago Mat\u00edas (Alofoke), while the general management is held by journalist and documentarian H\u00e9ctor Romero<\/a>, co-founder of the project. Romero, an expert in digital marketing and a graduate in Diplomacy and International Services, has led the consolidation of an editorial and multimedia team with its own identity, a mixture of journalistic rigor and technological innovation.\n\n\n

Multimedia expansion and printed and English versions of the digital newspaper De \u00daltimo Minuto<\/h3>\n\n\nIn August 2022, De \u00daltimo Minuto<\/em> expanded its reach with the creation of De \u00daltimo Minuto TV<\/em>, an audiovisual division that brings together television, radio, and podcast programs. Among the most prominent are Noticias De \u00daltimo Minuto<\/em>, A la Clara con Ram\u00f3n Tolentino<\/em>, Una Copa con Giselle<\/em>, M\u00e1s De Un Minuto<\/em> and Politikal<\/em>. These contents are broadcast through cable channels such as Wind Telecom, Telecable Central, Telecable Puerto Plata, Cablevisi\u00f3n, Color Cable and Bloom Telecom.\n\nIn April 2024, the media outlet took another important step by launching its print version<\/a><\/strong>, with monthly circulation throughout the national territory. This physical edition \u2014which also circulates in the city of New York<\/a>\u2014 offers investigative reports, data journalism, and special features that stand out for their depth and documentary value, reaffirming the commitment to the ethical and transformative exercise of journalism.\n\nShortly thereafter, in August 2024, a strategic alliance was signed with the El Seis channel<\/strong>, allowing the broadcast on open signal of several of its news spaces and expanding its presence in homes throughout the country.\n\n\n

In June 2025, the digital newspaper De \u00daltimo Minuto<\/em> innovated again by launching its English version<\/a><\/strong>, along with a mobile application<\/a><\/strong> of the latest generation, the first in the country and in the region with artificial intelligence integration. This tool allows to offer personalized news, automated summaries, content translation and real-time information assistance, positioning the media as a leader in technology applied to journalism in Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
