This escalation of social intolerance highlights the fragility of the community fabric and the urgency of fostering a culture of dialogue.\n\n\n<p>The most recent case occurred this Monday, when police officer <strong>Jhon Abenicio Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, 27 years old, and <strong>Santos Nicol\u00e1s Camacho Almonte<\/strong>, 47, lost their lives after a shootout at a gas station. There, a young man fatally stabbed another during a dispute over an alleged debt of just 500 pesos. The victim was identified as <strong>Luis Javier Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, 24 years old, who received multiple stab wounds.\n\nSimilar situations have been repeated more frequently. In <strong>Guanito<\/strong>, a municipal district of San Juan de la Maguana, a man was murdered over a debt of only 50 pesos, a tiny sum that ended up claiming a human life.\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Traffic discussions with fatal outcomes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\nThe lack of emotional control has also been reflected in road confrontations. On March 6th, in <strong>Moca<\/strong>, an altercation over the bumping of two vehicles culminated in the death of a man, stabbed during the dispute.\n\nIn <strong>Sabana Iglesias<\/strong>, province of Santiago, a similar incident ended in gunfire after an argument between drivers.
