Most of these cases involve motorcyclists without protective helmets.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;Traffic in Hig\u00fcey has become a crisis that requires everyone&#8217;s attention.
