\u201cPublic safety is a primary and non-delegable obligation of the State, but it needs partners. Even the most preventive police cannot act alone. That is why we invite the private sector to ally with the new preventive police we are building,\u201d he affirmed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe official highlighted that the advances in crime reduction are significant, but that security cannot be limited to the coercive component.\n\n\n

Security reduces uncertainty, decreases transaction costs, and creates a favorable environment for capital to take risks, innovate, and generate employment.
