With this initiative, families who for decades eagerly awaited this moment will be able to realize the dream of having their definitive property title.\n\nDuring the event, President Abinader highlighted that this is the first time he has participated in the launch of a titling program, noting that the initiative has a dual objective: first, to transform a private sector purchase program into direct delivery of titles, and second, to take advantage of his visit to the province to reinforce social cohesion and local development.\n\n\n

In addition, he highlighted the recent approval of the Family Property Law, which will allow owners to mortgage, sell, or transfer their properties to their relatives, as well as access formal financing for the construction of housing or businesses.\n\nThe president also announced infrastructure improvements for the community of San Marcos, including the construction of sidewalks and curbs, as well as the paving of streets, with the aim of transforming the area in an integral way.\n\n\n
