One of the accused surrendered through the media De \u00daltimo Minuto, while the other four went directly to the authorities.\n\nThe first people arrested are Julio Jos\u00e9 Mateo, 25 years old, and Brailyn Cepeda Ram\u00edrez, 19 years old, who appeared before the authorities as part of the legal process.\n\n\n
You can also read: <\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\nAdding to them are Harolyn Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez and Omar Reyes V\u00e1zquez, both 19 years old, who also surrendered voluntarily.\n\nFinally, Joel Morro Bell Pe\u00f1a, alias El Matat\u00e1n, decided to surrender through the media.\n\nThe individuals involved are at the Felicidad police detachment in Los Mina.\n\nPesqueira pointed out that all the accused are residents of the Los Tres Brazos sector and are already in police custody, awaiting to be placed at the disposal of the Public Ministry for the corresponding legal purposes.\n\n\n

“We deeply regret this event. We reiterate that the authorities acted swiftly and that those charged will now face the corresponding judicial process,” said the spokesperson.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe National Police assured that it will continue to provide support to the victim and their family throughout the legal process, while ensuring that those responsible answer to justice.\n\n\n
