The teams Asociaci\u00f3n de Vendedores de Productos Farmac\u00e9uticos (Adovenprofar-A) and Los Mellos won their divisions and qualified for the grand final of the Junior Superior tournament organized by the Asociaci\u00f3n de Softbol del Distrito Nacional (Asadina).<\/h6>\n\n\nBoth winners will face each other for the Grand Final Cup in a best-of-three series that starts on Thursday 18th at the Miramar club stadium starting at 6:45 in the afternoon; two matches will be played and, if necessary, a third, it will be on Monday 22nd at the Alfredo Tejada stadium (Hoyo de Chul\u00edn), of the Puerto Isabela Sports Complex, at 7:00 at night.\n\nMr. Apolinar Dur\u00e1n, president of the Asadina, indicated that the event has the co-sponsorship of JM. \u00c1lvarez on behalf of the 4Fans balls, which are the official ones of the tournament, and the Z-1000 bats, and is dedicated to Rafael Franjul and Jorge Rijo.\n\n\n

In the first of the double encounter held at the stadium of the Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Santo Domingo (UASD<\/a>), in the round for the divisional titles, the Adovenprofar-A team defeated the Centro league with a score of 10 runs to eight, to win the title of the South Division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A single by Giancarlo Hern\u00e1ndez was the game-winning hit that gave the victory to those sponsored by Alexander Dur\u00e1n 13-12.\n\nIn addition to Hernandez, who added a home run to his offensive performance, Guillermo Gonzalez stood out for the Twins, hitting a home run and a single with two runs scored and one RBI; Roberto Cruz, two home runs, two runs scored and three RBIs; Joan Ortega, double and single.\n\n\n
