Santo Domingo,.- El Partido de la Liberaci\u00f3n Dominicana (PLD) <\/strong>manifest\u00f3 este jueves estar de acuerdo en que la Misi\u00f3n Multinacional de Apoyo a la Seguridad en Hait\u00ed (MSS)<\/strong> sea transformada en una fuerza h\u00edbrida, como dijo el secretario general de las Naciones Unidas, Ant\u00f3nio Guterres.<\/p>\n\n\n“In Haiti we have to develop the institutions, we have to develop the State. The State does not exist. And when we talk about a hybrid force, we are referring to a force that not only is dedicated to solving the problem of violence in Haiti, but also to create institutions in that country,” explained PLD Vice President Tem\u00edstocles Mont\u00e1s in a press release.\n\n\n
