In <strong>yellow<\/strong> are another nine: Mar\u00eda Trinidad S\u00e1nchez, San Pedro de Macor\u00eds, El Seibo, Saman\u00e1, La Romana, La Altagracia, Hato Mayor, Monte Plata, and San Juan. While in <strong>green<\/strong> remain five demarcations: Barahona, Pedernales, Peravia, S\u00e1nchez Ram\u00edrez, and Puerto Plata.\n\nThe agency warned of possible rises in rivers, streams, and ravines, as well as urban and flash floods, and recommended that residents in vulnerable areas remain attentive to the guidance of the authorities.
