However, the afternoon heat could cause cloud cover increases with showers and thunderstorms in towns of Pedernales, El\u00edas Pi\u00f1a, San Jos\u00e9 de Ocoa, La Vega, Santiago, San Juan, Santiago Rodr\u00edguez, Dajab\u00f3n, Hato Mayor and El Seibo, among other locations, which will tend to dissipate at the beginning of the night.\n\n\n

Read more: Indomet follows up on Hurricane Humberto<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\nDue to the decrease in rainfall, the COE announced the discontinuation of the green alert that was maintained for the province of Santiago, due to possible rises in rivers, streams and ravines, as well as sudden or urban floods, in accordance with the provisions of article 2, chapter 1 of Law 147-02 on Risk Management.\n\n\n

Maritime Conditions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\nThe agency warned that, on the Atlantic coast, operators of fragile, small and medium-sized vessels should navigate close to the coastal perimeter, without venturing out to sea, due to the abnormal wind and waves generated by Hurricane Humberto.\n\nMeanwhile, on the Caribbean coast, conditions remain normal, with no navigation restrictions.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
