\u201cI decided to withdraw Said from school. I understand that empathy must be reciprocal and that his behavior could affect the proper development of school routines,\u201d<\/strong> she expressed.<\/p>\n\n\nThe mother assured that the educational institution where her son is enrolled has shown support and understanding towards him, ruling out that it is due to a lack of attention and empathy from the teachers. “The school has supported us, they have been very empathetic and they love Said,” she indicated in the publication.\n\nHowever, it was pointed out that Said needs a companion teacher to adapt to this new stage, a resource that he cannot currently afford due to the high costs of therapies.\n\n\u201cI don’t have money now to cover that new need he has,\u201d<\/strong> wrote Medina, highlighting the economic burden of providing an education adapted to the child’s needs.\n\nIn a joking tone, Medina asked President Luis Abinader for a possible appointment to be able to face the expenses of his son’s condition, extending the invitation to all women with curly hair to visit his salon.\n\nAndry’s post was made after Liondy Ozoria shared a video on his social media where he is seen delivering his son’s backpack to school, requesting that they send him homework to work on from home, revealing that he was not going back to class.\n\nBoth parents have used their platforms to raise awareness of the challenges faced by families with children on the autism spectrum, and have been part of initiatives such as “Azul Podcast”, a space focused on autism issues from the perspective of parents.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
