The participation of those selected will be free.\n\nThe initiative is <strong>aimed at Dominican residents who are at least 15 years old<\/strong> at the beginning of the program and have a minimum of six months of experience playing an instrument or singing. The program includes guidance from Berklee instructors and guest professors, and includes a final concert in which students will showcase what they have learned.\n\nThe application process <strong>will be open until November 3, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.<\/strong> The results of the first selection round will be announced on November 14, 2025.
