The award was received by Pedro L\u00f3pez Matheu, during a ceremony in which Pablo Deluca, president of Infobae <\/a>(Argentina), was in charge of presenting the recognition.<\/p>\n\n


The Grand Friend of the Press Award<\/strong> is a distinction awarded by the SIP to personalities and institutions that have demonstrated a sustained commitment to the defense of freedom of expression and the development of journalism in the Americas.<\/p>\n\nUpon receiving the award, L\u00f3pez Matheu stated that this recognition honors the entire Redacciones 5G team, which works every day for free, ethical journalism adapted to the technological challenges of our time.\n\n\n
