He warned that the system is behaving <strong>erratically and slowly<\/strong>, moving at about 4 kilometers per hour, which increases the uncertainty about its trajectory and effects.\n\n\n<p>By instructions of President Abinader, the <strong>Government's priority is to protect human lives<\/strong>, which is why the suspension of teaching this Thursday and the closure of public and private work from 1:00 p.m. in the provinces under alert is maintained. Rainfall accumulations are expected to exceed <strong>300 millimeters<\/strong>, extending until the early hours of Friday.
