On its official X account (formerly Twitter), Indomet explained that \"clouds generating heavy showers with electrical storms and isolated wind gusts are affecting different locations in the national territory.\"<\/strong>\n\n\n

Currently, its center is located about 450 kilometers southwest of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and 355 kilometers from Kingston, Jamaica.\n\nNine provinces remain on red alert<\/strong>: Barahona, San Crist\u00f3bal, Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, San Jos\u00e9 de Ocoa, San Juan, Azua, Peravia, and Pedernales.\n\n
