The swearing-in was conducted by the Minister of Energy and Mines, Joel Santos.\n\n\n<p>Upon assuming his new duties at ETED, Rodr\u00edguez Tejada stated that, \u201c<strong>it is an honor to lead this strategic institution for the country.
