Among the non-judicial members are Abinader, Ricardo de los Santos (Senate), Alfredo Pacheco (Chamber of Deputies), Omar Fern\u00e1ndez and Tob\u00edas Crespo. Judges participating are Luis Henry Molina (SCJ), Napole\u00f3n Est\u00e9vez Lavandier (TC) and Nancy Salcedo (SCJ).\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Doubts about the disciplinary regime and criticisms of the regulations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the altercation, the Senate President, Ricardo de los Santos, tried to resume the evaluation by questioning him about the disciplinary regime of the TSE.
