High-cost and maximum complexity treatments exceeded <strong>RD$5,427 million<\/strong>, while surgeries reached <strong>RD$4,275 million<\/strong>, figures that show the institution's priority in guaranteeing life-saving treatments. As part of this transformation, SeNaSa is integrating new technological platforms to expedite authorizations, strengthen the public network, and expand self-service tools, offering a faster, more reliable, and closer experience for affiliates.\n\nThese results, the institution pointed out, are consistent with Edward Guzm\u00e1n's vision of consolidating a more sustainable SeNaSa and oriented to provide peace of mind to affiliates.
