The Magistrate who has heard the case, valued with merits the complaint filed by Gabi Desangles against Tamara Mart\u00ednez, highlighting that it complies with the legal and evidentiary requirements of the accusation.<\/p>\n<p>After the intervention of the parties, the Magistrate decided to accept the accusation presented by the Public Prosecutor's Office, as well as the complaint with constitution as a civil actor filed by Gabriela P\u00e9rez Desangles.
