A character so real that he ended up transcending television.\n\nIn 1995, Luisito Mart\u00ed took Balbuena to the cinema with the film \"Nueba Yol: \u00a1Por fin lleg\u00f3 Balbuena!\", becoming a box office phenomenon and a milestone in Dominican cinema.\nThe story continued in 1997 with \"Nueba Yol 3: Bajo la nueva ley\", consolidating Balbuena as one of the most emblematic characters in the national audiovisual.\n\nThroughout his career, Luisito Mart\u00ed produced and starred in successful television shows such as \u201cEl Show de Luisito y Anthony\u201d, \u201cDe Remate\u201d, \u201cLas mil caras del enga\u00f1o\u201d and \u201cEl Show de Luisito Mart\u00ed\u201d, as well as serving as presenter of the Casandra Awards in 2007, along with Jatnna Tav\u00e1rez and even receiving the Gran Soberano, the award's highest honor, in 1996.\n\n\n<p>On a personal level, Mart\u00ed married Milagros Rivera in 1966, who passed away a year after his death in 2011.
