\"ICE<\/figure>\n\n\nMeanwhile, the Minnesota Star Tribune explains, according to a person close to the case and court documents, that the event occurred last June, when Ross was participating in the arrest of Roberto Carlos Mu\u00f1oz-Guatemala, a Mexican citizen, who had been previously convicted and arrested.\n\n\n

U.S. Government Support for ICE<\/h2>\n\n\nThe Mexican, the media outlet assures, ignored the agents' orders, including the order to lower the window, which caused the federal agent to break his rear window and reach in to unlock the door, which led to him being dragged by the vehicle.\n\n\n
