Members of the <strong>National Police<\/strong>, the prosecutor <strong>Jos\u00e9 Fenel\u00f3n Corpor\u00e1n<\/strong> and the doctor <strong>Ruth Esther Almanzar<\/strong>, who performed the body removal, went to the scene.\n\nAccording to a coworker, Keynmer was <strong>manipulating and coiling a rope inside the boat<\/strong> when he subsequently entered the water. At that moment, he became <strong>entangled with the rope<\/strong>, which prevented him from surfacing.\n\nThe witness explained that he tried to help him immediately and managed to get him on the boat, but the young man <strong>no longer showed vital signs<\/strong>.
