The cloudiness carried by the east wind <strong>could generate weak and isolated rains<\/strong> in areas near the coasts, especially in Barahona, La Altagracia, El Seibo, Hato Mayor, Saman\u00e1 and Mar\u00eda Trinidad S\u00e1nchez during the early hours of the day.
