Bonao.\u2013<\/strong> With the symbolic lighting of candles and the participation of hundreds of teachers and representatives<\/a> of the APMAES, the Dominican Association of Teachers (ADP), Bonao branch<\/strong>, began on the night of Wednesday, January 28, a 72-hour struggle<\/strong>, demanding several claims from the education sector.<\/p>\n\n\nAmong the main claims of the union are the opposition to the merger of the Ministry of Education (MINERD) with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (MESCYT)<\/strong>, as well as the fair application of the teacher performance evaluation<\/strong>, including teachers from their first year of professional practice.\n\nDuring the activity, ADP-Bonao declared in mourning the Educational Districts 16-04 and 16-06<\/strong>, arguing that their incumbents lack the managerial capacity necessary to offer minimal responses to the problems affecting the teaching staff in the municipality of Bonao.\n\n\n
