Outside the chamber, dozens of lawmakers gathered to bid farewell to the prominent leader, highlighting his political legacy, his firm defense of institutionalism<\/strong> and his role within the Dominican democratic system. The act was filled with solemnity, in which his vocation for service and his commitment to strengthening the rule of law were highlighted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alburquerque passed away on Friday morning, causing consternation in various sectors of the country. His remains were viewed at the Memorial funeral home,<\/strong> located on 27 de Febrero Avenue, where high authorities of the State, party leaders, family members, friends, and citizens who valued his career attended.<\/h2>\n\n\nThe burial is scheduled for the afternoon of this Sunday<\/strong>, in an intimate act accompanied by family and friends, after several official tributes in his honor.\n\n\n
