When ordered to stop by a DIGESETT agent, Duarte L\u00f3pez allegedly accelerated his motorcycle and rammed into Deputy Director Jim\u00e9nez de los Santos, causing multiple blows and injuries.\n\n\"Far from obeying the order to stop, he launched the motorcycle against the officer with conduct that shows a clear intention to cause serious harm, even to take his life,\" said Oviedo, who called the judge's decision correct.\n\nMeanwhile, the regional director of DIGESETT in Santiago, Leuribis Mancebo, regretted the incident and stated that situations like this reflect the high social cost of recklessness on the roads.\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>You can also read: <a href=\"https:\/\/deultimominuto.net\/nacionales\/justicia\/20-anos-de-prision-a-hombre-2\/\">20 years in prison for a man for sexual assault<\/a><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\"No one has won here.
