Santo Domingo.- The Public Ministry<\/strong> filed an appeal on Monday against the sentence that only imposes seven years in prison on Juan Alexis Medina S\u00e1nchez<\/strong> and requested instead that the defendant, accused of administrative corruption, be sentenced to 20 years in prison and a fine of 400 minimum wages.<\/p>\n\n\nThe Court's attorney, Mirna Ortiz, indicated that with this appeal, the prosecuting body reaffirms its disagreement with the sentences imposed by the judges of the Second Collegiate Tribunal, which, in addition, acquitted several of the defendants.\n\n\n
